The Linhay is a detached period cottage situated just a 5-minute drive to Copplestone in Mid-Devon and is only 12.4 miles from the Cathedral city of Exeter offering Museums, a historic quayside, theaters and shops. . The Linhay features a fully equipped kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher, an outside seating and dining area and views of the garden. Guests benefit from free WiFi and private parking available on site. The contemporary accommodation is fitted with a dining area and seating area with a flat-screen TV whilst highlighting the original features of the 16th Century building. Upstairs there is a large vaulted bedroom, a dressing room and private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.
